Key responsibilities

Build data collection pipelines, review transcripts, and improve prompts, evals, and graders.
Develop quality assurance frameworks that detect reward hacking and maintain execution environment quality.
Build human data interfaces and secure execution environments with sandboxing, snapshotting, and broad tool coverage.
Support research teams and coordinate with operations, security, compliance, users, and vendors during system rollouts.
