Lead work with engineering, security, compute, storage, and platform teams to meet research needs.
Resolve major developer experience issues and build tooling and observability for researchers.
Help move interpretability methods from research code into dependable audit pipelines.
Qualifications needed

Proficiency in at least one programming language and productivity with Python.
Significant experience building and operating secure, scalable infrastructure, such as cloud systems, distributed systems, or developer tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
Preferred: Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, infrastructure-as-code, security engineering, large-scale storage, compute schedulers, or developer tools.
