Key responsibilities

Build data collection pipelines that support fast iteration while maintaining data quality and system health.
Design clear and efficient interfaces for crowdworkers and vendors that produce high-quality data.
Work with research teams to adapt collection methods to changing data needs.
Work with Human Data Operations to improve workflows and prioritize multiple workstreams as research priorities change.
Qualifications needed

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
Have strong full-stack engineering experience across the stack.
Work from one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time under the current hybrid policy.
Preferred: Experience building human data labelling interfaces, human-in-the-loop systems, or data collection pipelines.
