Key responsibilities

Write specifications and interface definitions, and make technology, IP, build, buy, license, and partner decisions.
Partner with inference, performance, kernels, infrastructure, and hardware systems teams on hardware software co design.
Build AI assisted workflows, share results, and support chip integration, bring up, and debugging.
Qualifications needed

Have deep hands on expertise in at least one silicon domain, such as front end design, physical design, verification, or packaging.
Have personally contributed to silicon that taped out and shipped, with detailed ownership of the work.
Have experience with ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundries, or test partners, and own directional technical decisions.
Have practical experience with AI coding tools, adjacent chip domains, and autonomous work on dynamic programs.
