Key responsibilities

Oversee electrical installations for data centers, including duct banks, high voltage and medium voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, power distribution, and grounding.
Manage contractors and crews, schedule work, track milestones, and keep electrical construction on time, within budget, and compliant with codes and quality standards.
Maintain daily logs, red line drawings, as built documents, progress reports, metrics, and risk updates for electrical construction.
Enforce safety requirements and inspect sites for compliance with regulations, electrical codes, and protocols around energized equipment, excavations, and heavy installations.

Have at least three years of experience managing electrical construction teams on large industrial or critical facility projects.
Have at least three years of hands-on experience with duct banks, high voltage and medium voltage systems, cable pulling and terminations, switchgear, and power distribution.
Have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, including evenings and weekends when required.
Preferred: Have a postsecondary diploma or degree and experience supervising electrical construction for data centers or similar critical facilities.
