Key responsibilities

Staff the console on rotating shifts, monitor campus signals, and acknowledge, classify, log, and escalate pages within SLA.
Run incident bridges, provide updates on a fixed schedule, maintain live timelines, and identify delays in ownership.
Write initial incident summaries and major incident reports, then track corrective projects in Linear through closure.
Maintain shift handoffs, logs, runbooks, escalation matrices, and communication templates, and participate in game days.
Qualifications needed

Experience in a 24/7 operations environment such as a NOC, SOC, dispatch, or mission control.
Experience classifying and escalating incidents under SLA and running incident bridges with live timelines and scheduled updates.
Ability to recognize patterns across compute, network, storage, or facilities signals and improve operational processes.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, for continuous campus coverage.
