### Key responsibilities

- Oversee electrical installations for data centers, including duct banks, high voltage and medium voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, power distribution, and grounding.
- Manage contractors and crews, schedule work, track milestones, and keep electrical construction on time, within budget, and compliant with codes and quality standards.
- Maintain daily logs, red line drawings, as built documents, progress reports, metrics, and risk updates for electrical construction.
- Enforce safety requirements and inspect sites for compliance with regulations, electrical codes, and protocols around energized equipment, excavations, and heavy installations.

### Qualifications needed

- Have at least three years of experience managing electrical construction teams on large industrial or critical facility projects.
- Have at least three years of hands-on experience with duct banks, high voltage and medium voltage systems, cable pulling and terminations, switchgear, and power distribution.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Preferred: Have a postsecondary diploma or degree and experience supervising electrical construction for data centers or similar critical facilities.
