### Key responsibilities

- Staff the console on rotating shifts, monitor campus signals, and acknowledge, classify, log, and escalate pages within SLA.
- Run incident bridges, provide updates on a fixed schedule, maintain live timelines, and identify delays in ownership.
- Write initial incident summaries and major incident reports, then track corrective projects in Linear through closure.
- Maintain shift handoffs, logs, runbooks, escalation matrices, and communication templates, and participate in game days.

### Qualifications needed

- Experience in a 24/7 operations environment such as a NOC, SOC, dispatch, or mission control.
- Experience classifying and escalating incidents under SLA and running incident bridges with live timelines and scheduled updates.
- Ability to recognize patterns across compute, network, storage, or facilities signals and improve operational processes.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, for continuous campus coverage.
