Build reliable systems for large agent teams, and debug failures that appear as teams grow.
Design trustworthy evaluations and tools that show researchers what agent teams do and why.
Partner with research teams so they can run experiments and understand the findings.
Qualifications needed

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field is required.
Significant software engineering, ML, or research engineering experience.
Experience owning a substantial system, evaluation, benchmark, agent product, or research project.
Preferred: Experience with distributed systems, LLM or agent evaluations, complex agent systems, or scaling research.
