### Key responsibilities

### Qualifications needed

- Have deep hands on expertise in at least one silicon domain, such as front end design, physical design, verification, or packaging.
- Have personally contributed to silicon that taped out and shipped, with detailed ownership of the work.
- Have experience with ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundries, or test partners, and own directional technical decisions.
- Have practical experience with AI coding tools, adjacent chip domains, and autonomous work on dynamic programs.
