### Key responsibilities

- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other human resources matters.
- Advise employees and managers on workforce analytics, organizational improvements, leadership development, and change efforts.
- Manage internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews, employee trends, retention efforts, and career development.
- Create human resources policies and processes, maintain employee files, process transactions, and protect confidential information.

### Qualifications needed

- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of human resources experience.
- This is an on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee, with extended hours, weekend work, and travel to other locations when needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
- Preferred: Experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing environments, independent employee relations work, and familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, or Workday.
