### Qualifications needed

- Build or operate search systems, with technical depth to review designs, read code, and engage with senior engineers.
- Run high-volume production systems with latency and reliability requirements, and align product, research, and infrastructure teams.
- Preferred: Experience with index freshness, storage and serving costs, embeddings, ranking models, machine learning retrieval, vendor migration, or LLM products.
